FABRIC FIRE PROOFING

Cyndan Fabric Fire Proofing is a water based solution for the treatment of fabric. It is intended for in-situ treatment of curtains, carpets and soft upholstery materials. Natural fabrics and mixtures of natural and synthetic fibres can usually be satisfactory treated.

Tests have been carried out on selected fabrics, to AS 1530.2-1973, Earyl Fire Hazard properties of Materials and AS 1530.3.182, Test for Flammability of Materials. Very low indices for both standards have been acheived for materials composed of cotton, wool, nylon, and rayon. These certificates are available upon request.
